great walks to beaches and bakeries nearby for weekend explorers
I recently stayed here for three nights and loved the updated, clean rooms along with the helpful staff that made my visit comfortable. Being just a short walk to both Falmouth Heights Beach and Mary Ellen's Portuguese Bakery was the perfect treat after a long day of exploring the charming local scenery. however, the breakfast area could use a bit more organization and selection to enhance the start of the day.

Recommend for a mini-vacation
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a fantastic location just minutes from the beaches and a lovely village with great dining options including a nearby Portuguese bakery for breakfast.

The pool area offers a clean environment, perfect for a quick dip. Convenient location near the beach and a great spot for grabbing ice cream from Dairy Queen across the street.
Unfortunately, the game room felt like an afterthought, with just three broken arcade games crammed into a small space. The continental breakfast left much to be desired with frozen muffins and mediocre coffee, not worth getting up early for. Plus, it can be a hassle finding parking with spaces feeling limited for all the guests.

fantastic location, lovely village nearby, indoor pool
Parking situation can be frustrating, especially with events happening!!! Loud music and shouting from neighboring rooms disrupt the peace!!! The hot tub being closed was a huge disappointment. hope they can open it soon!!!

We had such a relaxing time here, especially loved soaking in the heated pool after a long day and enjoying the breakfast spread with fresh waffles and yogurt. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding, though parking was a bit tricky at night due to the weekend crowd. Definitely recommend hitting up their cozy bar for a nightcap! 🍹

the inn was a great find! the gentleman at the front desk was super nice and made check-in easy. our room was clean and cozy. The pillows were really comfy. it’s also close to downtown main street, which made it convenient for dining. they offer complimentary parking too. a bonus was the italian restaurant that looked cool, but we didn’t get a chance to eat there.
totally recommend

The location of this Inn was fantastic, just a short walk from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The staff here was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Coffee was weak and lacked flavor, with no real cream available. The food was mostly carbs, and there were no protein options at all. I ended up going to the Portuguese bakery across the street for a much better meal. There was also an issue with the AC. it was a bit noisy at times, which disturbed my sleep. Additionally, parking was a challenge during busy evenings, but I managed to find a spot each time. Overall, this place worked for me, but I definitely recommend finding breakfast elsewhere.

The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge, which was nice. The beds were comfy enough, but nothing too fancy. The decor felt a bit dated, and the window barely opened for fresh air. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick stay, but I wouldn’t call it cozy or inviting.
